Held in the Westin Boston Waterfront in December 2008,
the 2nd Global Congress on Vaccine attracted approximately 400 respected researchers and industry professionals in the field
of Vaccine. Encompass Events provided full service logistics management for this three day conference and exhibition. The
programme included multiple parallell sessions and poster sessions and a conference dinner at the Museum of Science in
Boston for over 150 delegates.
Encompass Events also managed the Virtual Vaccine Congress,
a real time version of the 2nd Global Congress on Vaccine which was broadcast via the internet allowing people
who were unable to physically participate in the conference to access the sessions from their own desk. Delegates were
able to visit the exhibition stands, participate in Q&A sessions, view the posters and interact with other delegates.
First International Symposium on Polymer
This 3 day conference took place in Mainz, Germany in June 2009. With the impressive
list of speakers including 2 Nobel prize winners it attracted well over 600 delegates in addition to the 980 abstracts submitted
for consideration for poster presentation. Of these 500 in total were presented during the three poster sessions in the programme.
Encompass Events managed all the logistics of the conference including registration, conference management, speaker liaison,
abstract submission and the programme management.
